Important Notes
• Impact: During the maintenance window, the platform will be temporarily unavailable. Please plan accordingly to minimize impact.
• Server Reboot: The server will be rebooted after the version upgrade to apply the changes.
Post Upgrade Completion – Required Actions
• Platform Testing: Client together with the Yaxxa Team must test regular platform activities from the client side.
• Cache Clearing: All users must clear cookies and cache before logging into the new version and perform a hard refresh after login using one of the methods below:
1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
2. Hold down Ctrl and click F5.
3. Hold down Ctrl + Shift and click R.
